To register for a shadow visit, view the highlighted dates on the calendar to the right. These are our recommended dates. Click on your preferred date, then click the red "Register Now" below the calendar. Follow the prompts for the online registration steps.
In 2011-12, visitors have the choice of "A" Day schedules which offer four class periods or "B" Day schedules which include three class periods and the 50 minutes House Time. Occasionally there will be special "B" schedules when All School Mass is offered. Consider the following dates for a visit:
A days: 12/1, 12/5.
B days: (to be announced)
All School Mass days: 12/8.
Other dates may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

January 7 or 21, 8:00 a.m. - 12Noon
Placement Test - results are used for placement in freshman courses. No reservervations required. Bring $15 fee, pencils and a calculator. Lunch is served in a community-building activity to conclude the session.
Test takers on January 7 only are eligible for scholarships.
January 14, 5:30 p.m.
8th Grade Basketball Night. It's a Girls & Boys Varsity Double Header. Check in is 5:30 p.m.
Mid February - Watch for Enrollment Mailing
Admission packet, course catalog and enrollment procedures are mailed to students who took the Placement Exam.
February 29 - Freshman Registration Night, 7:00 p.m.
St. James’ Administrators and Counseling Team present placement test results and tips for completing the course selections.
April 18 - New Student Fair, drop by between 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.
All the details a new students needs to be ready to enter St. James Academy, including how to get involved over the summer, meet coaches and activity sponsors, etc.
Spring - Test into Honors Geometry or Spanish II; Try-out for Cheer, Dance and Choirs
