Campus Life
The campus life at St. James Academy is a mix of academic, athletic, performing/fine arts and spiritual pursits. We encourage our students to have a healthy balance in all three areas.
We are a growing school, offering a strong core-curriculum in Math, English, Science, Foreign Languages and Theology. Additionally, we offer a number of electives to suppor the more advanced interests of our students.
In our athletics department, we encourage students to develop their gifts so that they grow in leadership as well as in their given sport. Because we are a smaller school, students have many more opportunities in our sports programs.
A cornerstone of St. James is our faith formation. We have a full-time chaplain that celebrates mass daily for the students. We are constantly encouraging our students to grow spiritually and deepen their Catholic identity.
We have a very strong fine arts program where we continually offer quality teaching and innovative classes. Students are given many opportunities at St. James to use their talents in performance as well as at our all school masses.
