Grading systemGrades are reported in percentages and no letter grades are given. St. James Academy does not issue letter grades. Schools that need to convert to a 4.0 or letter grade system should use the scale that is used by the NCAA Clearinghouse. That scale is the traditional 90-100=A, 80-89=B, etc. Grades below 67% are considered failing. A bonus of five (5) percentage points will be added to the final grade of an honors course if the grade is 77% or above.
