Freshmen and sophomores in the group are given the opportunity to attend the pro-life rally in Topeka. Juniors and seniors are given the opportunity to attend the march for life in Washington, D.C. Improv TroupeSponsor: Jill Simpson WhatThe Saint James Academy Mission Improvable Improv Troup is a student run group which meets once a week and performs throughout the year. This group of talented students uses skills acquired in theatre such as acting, singing, creating comical unscripted scenes using props, lines and suggestions from the audience. In January, students can attend the Kansas Thespians Conference and compete. At the 2011Conference, Mission Improvable placed 3rd in the competitive improv catagory. The troupe holds auditions twice per year, once in the fall and once in the winter. Watch for upcoming dates for shows soon! Safety Soldiers: A SADD ChapterSponsor: Emily Wobker and Jeremy Way WhoAll students are invited to join WhatThe Safety Soldiers educate and plan events to help students understand the dangers in teenagers' lives and help prevent them by providing alternate activities.
